If you have not yet registered for the IPA’s Congress in Mexico City and wish to pay the least expensive price, you need to do so online and before the ‘Early Bird’ deadline of 24 April 2011 (midnight, UK time). Please note that this deadline will not be extended.
To register online you will need to enter only your e-mail address and last name(s) as we have them recorded for you:-

If you have changed your e-mail address, or your family name is different, from the one above, please use the data above, as you can change your e-mail address and family name to your new one as part of the registration process.

If you prefer to register by filling out a paper form, you can download one here. To encourage you to register as soon a possible, we have removed the $40 extra charge previously payable for registering using this method.
Remember that sometimes you will find your credit card is blocked by your bank (not the IPA) as part of normal anti-fraud measures in place when processing transactions for purchases made in another country. It may be necessary to contact your bank so that they may approve the transaction. To avoid problems here, please do not leave your registration to the last moment!
