Termination will be discussed from a post-modern point of view. Rules and tradition of how and when to terminate treatments will be outlined in terms of how they play out in particular clinical situations. The explication of unconscious fantasies and the effects of practical external circumstances on the termination decision and on the termination process after the decision will be considered.
