Is He Guilty or Innocent by Reason of Insanity?
That Is One Question

Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy Presides

Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy presides over this trial of Hamlet for the murder of Polonius.  Four litigators argue for Hamlet’s guilt or innocence based on whether or not he was mentally ill.  Expert witnesses include Dr. Jeffrey Lieberman, Chief of Psychiatry at Columbia and Dr. Alan Stone, Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard.  This DVD was taped at the Kennedy Center in 2007.
