Diego Rivera, Heinz Kohut, Ty Carter by Sasha Rolde on IP.net

Dear colleagues,

as the uncertainty in our small cosmos as well as the larger world polities continues into this wee, there is comfort in the fact that our international psychoanalytic website will record all the nuances of both universes and keep us informed. With that end in mind, I have chosen a few of the posts to underscore below but urge youth glance at all.

My choices this week are:

1) If you are as fond of Diego Rivera as I am, or wonder why one would be, please read and look at his murals at the Detroit Institute of Art.

Jimmy Fisher, a cultural historian and psychoanalyst based in L.A reviews Kirsner’s book, titled “Unfree Associations” and subtitled “Inside Psychoanalytic Institutes. ” He writes as an insider from L.A. He offers two unique, timely, intriguing pieces. You can read only one on Ip.net. Instead, we will give a PEP link to Fisher’s elegant, thoughtful review, which teaches us something about the acrimonious and destructive battles within Apsa today.
