The upcoming IPI weekend conference, ““Facets of Psychoanalytic Treatment and Research: Practice-based Evidence vs. Evidence-based Practice”, October 21-23, 2011, will be held at the Rockville Hilton Hotel, located at 1750 Rockville Pike, in Rockville, MD, a suburb of Washington, DC. The hotel and conference center features beautifully
appointed guest rooms, a low conference rate of only $89 per night (single or double), and is located adjacent to the Twinbrook Metro Station (on the subway’s Red Line), just two subway stops away from downtown Bethesda, MD. The conference is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, October 21 and will end at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday,
October 23. A copy of the draft conference schedule is attached, along with the reading list and copies of the readings that we are providing. Please note that there is a full IPI faculty meeting scheduled on Sunday afternoon from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. and on Monday morning from 7:30 – 11:30 a.m. in the faculty suite at the Rockville Hilton Hotel.
