Margaret Leng Tan is a pianist who specializes in the interpretation and performance of the works of John Cage. She will perform “Four Walls” on Sept. 8 at the Smithsonian Institution’s Freer Gallery of Art as part of the John Cage Centennial Festival in Washington.
